A researcher from a university was developing a diagnostic kit which were novel and had a potential to change the diagnostic method of the disease targeted. Infinvent IP had helped them to file patent in India as well as in PCT and also guided them to utilize the subsidies available for patent filing related activities from government. Further considering the commercial potential of the product, introduced to few pharmaceutical companies as well as few investors and currently they are in advance discussion on commercial aspects of the product.
