One Chinese law firm contacted Infinvent IP to check the status of a national phase Indian application which they have filed through other Indian law firm but they were not responding. After evaluating the case, we found the said patent has been abandoned as the request for examination were not filed within timeline. We informed the status and reason and they said they have already informed Indian associate to fulfill ass requirements as per Indian patent act but they missed the same.
