One individual researcher from IIT who has developed some medical devices and filed patent during his IIT tenure and later started his Startup solely based on that product. However, he was not satisfied with the patent filing related work and looking for someone who can assist him not only for patent filing but also developing strategy of patent filing keeping his business and commercial aspects keeping in mind. Infinvent IP had evaluated whole case as well as product features and its market potential and suggested fresh patent filing, starting with India followed by PCT application and finding partner or joint venture company to before filing in national phase in other countries.
